2. Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free.
3. Orders & Payment
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Payment must be completed before your order is processed and shipped. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by location and are not guaranteed. Iris Cosmetics is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are defective. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Iris Cosmetics and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iris Cosmetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
